The 2012 wedding season in Europe is almost over and I have a lot of weddings on my desk waiting to be published. But before, I couldn’t  resist sharing this amazing andean wedding that I photographed two years ago in Peru. Micaela and Pipe had scheduled their wedding for the whole day with an early ceremony right at the site of the reception. Since the wedding took place in the Andes of Lima, the theme of this wedding was andean, too. They used a lot of typical colors, flowers and ayacucho-style decoration. Even her wedding dress, made by Meche Correa, had flower applications of different colors and their first dance was a Huayno accompanied by Peruvian music. A very original, distinctive and personal wedding long to be remembered.

Thanks to Micaela and Pipe for having me at your party! It was great fun!
